At The Little Knitting Company, we want you to be delighted with your luxury yarns and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all yarn skeins are unused, unwound, and still have their original bands intact, and that any needles or accessories are in their original packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your name, order number, and the RMA number provided.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our returns address; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
